少玩手机是一款帮助您管理屏幕使用时间、培养健康用机习惯的个人工具。我们重视您的隐私，本政策说明应用如何处理与您使用相关的信息。
1. 应用功能
本应用主要提供以下功能：
- 屏幕使用统计、历史与趋势分析
- 按每日限额、时段、地点等条件执行应用限制
- 快捷限制、儿童模式与相关提醒
- 视力和眼部健康辅助工具
- 应用安装、删除及应用内购买等设备限制设置
- 翻转或摇晃手机返回主屏幕
- Face ID、Touch ID 或手势应用锁
- 通过 App Store 购买会员订阅
本应用仅提供健康与习惯管理辅助功能，不提供医疗诊断或治疗建议。
2. 信息处理方式
以下信息仅保存在您的设备或本应用的 App Group 本地存储中，不会作为屏幕使用明细或健康记录上传至开发者服务器：
- 新手问卷与偏好设置
- 屏幕使用统计、健康评分及相关记录
- 用机规则及您选择的应用、分类和网站
- 地点规则中您保存的地点信息
- 工具测试结果与历史记录
- 应用设置，例如语言、外观和通知偏好
- 由 App Store 验证并在本地缓存的会员状态
本应用不要求注册账号，也不会主动收集您的姓名、身份证号或其他实名身份信息。
3. 使用统计（埋点）
为了解功能使用情况和改进产品，本应用会向开发者自有服务器发送匿名使用统计，不使用第三方广告或第三方统计 SDK。
可能包含：
- 应用在设备上生成的匿名标识（UUID），用于区分设备而无法识别您的真实身份
- 应用包名、应用版本、设备型号
- 功能事件名称，例如首次屏幕授权结果、首次解锁方式、创建规则、快捷开始、会员购买/取消/退款/续费，以及部分界面点击
- 与上述事件相关的非内容参数，例如规则类型、快捷时长、商品标识或交易标识
使用统计不包含：您的姓名或账号、完整屏幕使用明细、位置轨迹、生物识别数据、问卷原文，以及您选择限制的具体应用列表。
上述数据仅用于产品运营与功能改进，不会用于广告投放或向第三方出售。
4. 权限说明
为实现相关功能，本应用可能在获得您的同意后申请以下权限：
- 屏幕使用时间：读取系统提供的使用统计并执行您配置的应用限制
- 定位：在到达或离开指定位置时触发地点规则
- Face ID / Touch ID：用于应用锁，生物识别信息由系统处理，本应用无法读取
- 通知：发送休息提醒和规则提醒等本地通知
- 运动传感器：识别翻转或摇晃快捷操作
您可以随时在系统“设置”中关闭相关权限。
5. Apple 系统服务
- 会员商品、付款和恢复购买由 Apple StoreKit 处理，并受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
- 当您使用地点搜索或地址解析功能时，查询内容和位置信息可能由 Apple 地图及系统定位服务处理。
- 系统好评、通知、屏幕使用时间和生物识别功能均由 iOS 提供。
开发者不会通过上述系统服务接收您的支付信息、生物识别数据或完整屏幕使用明细。
6. 信息共享
我们不会出售、出租您的个人信息。应用不包含第三方广告或第三方统计 SDK。使用统计仅发送至开发者自有服务器。
7. 数据管理
您可以使用应用内提供的功能导出或删除本地数据，也可以通过卸载应用清除应用容器中的数据。系统权限可在 iOS“设置”中撤销。卸载应用后，设备上的匿名标识会被清除；服务器侧已接收的匿名统计可能仍会按运营需要保留。
8. 儿童隐私
儿童模式及屏幕限制规则由设备使用者或监护人在本地配置。应用不会要求儿童创建账号，也不会向开发者服务器上传儿童的姓名等身份信息。如儿童使用本应用，第 3 节所述匿名使用统计仍可能被发送。
9. 政策更新
我们可能根据功能或法律要求更新本政策。更新后的版本会随应用更新或在本页面提供，并注明新的生效日期。

EyeState Privacy Policy
App Name: EyeState

EyeState is a personal utility that helps you manage screen time and build healthier device-use habits. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information related to your use.
1. App Features
EyeState provides the following features:
- Screen time statistics, history, and trend analysis
- App restrictions based on daily limits, schedules, locations, and other conditions
- Quick limits, Child Mode, and related reminders
- Vision and eye-health support tools
- Device restrictions for app installation, removal, and in-app purchases
- Flip or shake shortcuts for returning to the Home Screen
- App Lock using Face ID, Touch ID, or a gesture
- Premium subscriptions purchased through the App Store
EyeState is intended for wellness and habit-management support only. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
2. How Information Is Handled
The following information is stored only on your device or in the app's local App Group storage and is not uploaded to the developer's servers as screen-time details or health records:
- Onboarding questionnaire answers and preferences
- Screen time statistics, wellness scores, and related records
- Usage rules and your selected apps, categories, and websites
- Locations saved for location-based rules
- Tool test results and history
- App settings such as language, appearance, and notification preferences
- Subscription status verified by the App Store and cached locally
EyeState does not require account registration and does not actively collect your legal name, government ID, or similar identity information.
3. Usage Analytics
To understand how features are used and to improve the product, the app sends anonymous usage analytics to the developer's own servers. It does not use third-party advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
This may include:
- An anonymous identifier (UUID) generated on the device, used to distinguish devices and not to identify you personally
- App bundle ID, app version, and device model
- Feature event names, such as first Screen Time authorization result, first unlock method, rule creation, quick start, subscription purchase/cancellation/refund/renewal, and some in-app clicks
- Non-content parameters related to those events, such as rule type, quick-start duration, product identifiers, or transaction identifiers
Usage analytics does not include your name or account, complete Screen Time activity, location history, biometric data, questionnaire answers, or the specific list of apps you chose to restrict.
This data is used only for product operations and feature improvement. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
4. Permissions
With your consent, EyeState may request the following permissions to provide its features:
- Screen Time: access system-provided usage statistics and enforce app restrictions you configure
- Location: trigger location-based rules when you arrive at or leave a saved place
- Face ID / Touch ID: authenticate App Lock; biometric data is handled by the system and is not accessible to the app
- Notifications: deliver local break and rule reminders
- Motion sensors: detect flip or shake shortcuts
You can revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
5. Apple System Services
- Subscription products, payments, and purchase restoration are processed by Apple StoreKit and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- When you use place search or address resolution, your query and location may be processed by Apple Maps and system location services.
- System reviews, notifications, Screen Time, and biometric authentication are provided by iOS.
The developer does not receive your payment details, biometric data, or complete Screen Time activity through these services.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. The app does not include third-party advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Usage analytics is sent only to the developer's own servers.
7. Data Management
You can use the app's available controls to export or delete local data. You can also remove data in the app container by uninstalling the app. System permissions can be revoked in iOS Settings. Uninstalling the app removes the on-device anonymous identifier; anonymous analytics already received by the server may be retained as needed for operations.
8. Children's Privacy
Child Mode and screen restrictions are configured locally by the device user or a guardian. EyeState does not require children to create accounts and does not upload children's names or similar identity information to developer servers. If a child uses the app, the anonymous usage analytics described in Section 3 may still be sent.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. An updated version will be provided with an app update or on this page and will identify its new effective date.
